submitted by Alayna J. - |Recommended: YesNew tenant — This place could have been cleaned more properly prior to us moving in. Toilet seat was broken, ceiling has drooped spots and the carpets were very dirty. They were quick to address the carpet issue prior to move in. Overall, at 3 5 rating.

submitted by Deep C. - |Recommended: YesLiked staying here for last 2 years — The price is reasonable, the apartments are big and spacious with big windows and lots of natural light. The courtyard is nice - I would have loved to see a couple of more tables though. Basement parking is available. Maintenance is good. Monthly pest control. Overall quiet. Pet friendly. Guests can easily find parking on the street, and it's free. The bus stop is a couple of mins walk, downtown Urbana is about five minute walk, the Schnucks is a couple of minute drive. The only complain I had was that the apartments don't have a dishwasher. Also the laundry, at least the one on the third floor east side, can be cleaner. Overall good. I would have continued living here were I not relocating.
